Where you come in

As a Project Manager will use your skills and expertise to plan, oversee and lead projects from ideation through to completion, in a timely fashion and within budget. You will interact with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Determining and defining project scope and objectives
  • Predicting resources needed to reach objectives and managing resources in an effective and efficient manner
  • Preparing budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
  • Developing and managing a detailed project schedule and work plan
  • Leading a cross functional team to achieve project requirements, deadlines and schedules
  • Managing contracts with vendors and partners by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
  • Identifying and resolving project issues
  • Coordination of change requests
  • Monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed
  • Measuring project performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Providing project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Utilizing industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution

Required Skills/Experience

  • Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Business or related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
  • Firm understanding of different SDLC methodologies (i.e. waterfall, agile, hybrid)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

Additional Skills (Nice to have, but not required)

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Digital health experience
  • Agile project management experience
